With nearly 25 years of extensive experience in entrepreneurship, he has worked in senior management positions in several companies specializing in telecommunications and IT, financial services, media, retail, and real estate. Håkan has extensive experience in strategic management, business assessment, and corporate development, and has held various board positions in both public and private companies internationally.

Born in 1993. Sabina has extensive experience from senior finance and accounting roles. Most recently, she served as Head of Group Accounting at ZignSec AB, overseeing public reporting, group accounting, and financial governance during the company's listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. After the acquisition by G2 Risk Solutions in 2024 and the subsequent delisting, she continued to support the integration and drove financial reporting and processes in an international growth environment.

She has previously held senior roles in private equity-owned companies, strengthening her expertise in IFRS and K3 reporting, ERP-driven transformations, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Sabina holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Stockholm University.
