With nearly 25 years of extensive experience in entrepreneurship, he has worked in senior management positions in several companies specializing in telecommunications and IT, financial services, media, retail, and real estate. Håkan has extensive experience in strategic management, business assessment, and corporate development, and has held various board positions in both public and private companies internationally.

Born in 1977. Trained accountant. Many years of experience in auditing, including at KPMG, and has held several previous positions as CFO. From 2009 to 2022, Erik, together with two other partners, built up the accounting firm Athene Group (with offices in Oslo, Stavanger, Kristiansand, and Stockholm, among other places) from zero to over NOK 100 million in turnover before a partial exit was carried out in 2022. Erik also has experience from several board assignments.
